Interview
The pre-screening was done on HireVue. Typical behavioral questions and previous work experience questions. Did not further notify the results of the screening. Overall the interview was pretty straight forward.
The first stage is a HireVue video interview where you record yourself answering questions. The second stage is a Teams interview with 2-3 people focused on questions using the STAR-method.

Interview
After applying you have to complete a self recorded video interview. The next stage is interviewing with the department then if successful, an offer.
You had 3 tries on the video interview which was helpful.
I really appreciated not having to go through multiple stages.
Overall the interview with the department was really relaxed. Seemed like they were more so trying to get to know you to see if you would fit with the team rather than trying to trip you up on interview questions.
