First Round - Interviews at Universities with two employees of the company, at least one will be an engineer. Behavioral type questions ("Describe a time when you had to ___ to achieve ___"). Second (Final) Round - First day is networking with local executives at golf and country club. Every move of each candidate is observed and discussed later. DRESS VERY WELL. Executives are very friendly. Second day is four timeslots. 3 of 4 are company info sessions (salaries, benefits, culture, etc.) and the fourth is a 50 minute interview. Interview process is similar to first round except that there is an open-ended technical question at the end. Candidates are given graphs, engineering drawings, and need to discuss the problem, possible causes, and solutions.
