The interview process only consists a phone interview with two or three engineers or technicians and it lasts for one hour. HR will call you advance to reserve the schedule for interviews and provides advice for interview preparation,

Describe an unsafe moment and how do you handle it.
Quite pleasant but understandably testing given the role and high quality company. Interviewed with three others, HR plus future line managers. Did not progress at that time due to lacking APEGA designation. Bottom line is do some homework before the interview.
