Interview
The recruiter emailed me to set up a phone interview, which was set up for a few days later. The recruiter called me right at the scheduled time, asked a lot of questions about my educational background and anything I had picked up in my other work experience that may be applicable to construction management, given I had no prior experience with construction and didn't have an engineering degree. The recruiter was very knowledgeable and transparent in her answers to any questions I asked about the company, the role, or what employees did to get housing as the project I would be working on was located in an urban area with a very high cost of living an hour-plus drive in any direction.
