Interview
Sat and asked basically if I was willing to stand all day and go to training. They just kind of looked at me. Wrote down stuff asked like three questions and told me good bye. Called me the next afternoon with an offer. If you can add they will hire you. They are more concerned with if you have a grouchy appearance and how fake you can be instead of how hard you are willing to work or what you are willing to do. Just act like the sunshines just for you and agree with them even when they are wrong. Let them call you the wrong name and be racist towards you and others. My best advice is to go anywhere else to find a job.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Sunflower Bank (Salina, KS) in May 2013
