I sent in my application and resume, next day I received an email from Indeed asking if I was interested in the position from a Sunrise recruiter, Shortly after I answered I received a text and was able to have a phone interview the same day. During that call an interview was set up at the location, Culture is important to Sunrise and the questions were about leadership and asked for examples. A second interview was set up later that day. This interview was through teams and then a few days later I received an offer letter! After accepting they require a drug test. It was a straightforward process and everyone has been very responsive. At this time the experience has been very quick and streamlined.
