I had a great first conversation with the hiring manager in which she told me about the position and we discussed my experience. She gave me a tentative interview time, and said she would follow up to confirm. I didn't hear anything back, and kept trying to contact her to confirm. I was eventually offered another interview at the same date and time, and reached out to tell her this, and at that point she told me she didn't remember talking to me. At that point, I withdrew my resume and told her that I no longer wanted to interview with her.
