Interview
After receiving the phone call from the recruiter for the job I was applying for, I was tried to be persuaded to another position. They were looking for a specific person only. Made me feel the company was very closed minded in the type of sales person they wanted (it could of been the recruiter but, didn't go further than this interview to verify this). The only question pertaining to the job I was applying for was "do you have experience in residential. Since my answer was not 100% residential, the other job position was then offered.

Interview
One phone interview then a interview with Sales Manager. It was a very easy process. The only thing I would say is that I kept receiving emails that I was not given the position even though I was told that I was going to be offered the position. It was a mistake but I was left uncertain about the status of my application.
