First, contacted by HR, to set up phone interview and to get directions to take Virtual Assessment. The assessment asked math questions (related to sales numbers etc), then asked questions about your sales method, then questions about employment, and last questions about work ethic/personality. Then, phone interview was screening and information about the position and short description of benefits, requirements, compensation, and expectations of a typical work day/week. Very friendly. Helpful and answered all my questions. Set up one on one. Met up at a local restaurant. The regional sales manager greeted me in SunRun attire. Very calm and friendly. The interview was mostly questions about previous experience and skills, as well as personal and professional philosophy. Further description of expectations of sales people and compensation. Heard back within a week to hear that they wanted to proceed with hiring.

Very quick process, promised to be in one site. Once on-boarding was complete- it was expected of me to travel to another county to participate in a Team meeting. Also, it was expected of me to visit multiple sites instead of the one site I applied for.

Friendly, relaxed and informative. There were some hardball questions disguised as softball questions but the overall vibe was warm and non threatening. Make sure you read up on the company and its leadership, as well as current trends in the solar industry.
