They invite you in ask about previous sales and what you bring to the table. They will guarantee you big pay and hopeful promising future, which lacks transparency even when they keep saying they are a very transparent company. They tell you it is a set schedule, they will train you and make you pitch, then they stick you in a Costco store, which is highly micromanaged.
