Two phone interviews. First with just recruiter to get to know you and make sure you've got the basic qualifications. Second with a supervisor to ask you more technical questions and ask about what kind of background you have.
Third is in person. Written test and more in depth interview. Approximately 1 hr long. Lots of "given this situation, what do you do?" scenarios.
