Was offered the face to face interview after submission of my resume and remote interview, upon arrival the first thing the interviewer reveals is, "I haven't seen your resume" upon seeing my resume"for the first time" preforms a lead and change, with some position that requires a lot of driving with no vehicle allowance, has a 1/4 commission return and then continues to belittle your sales experience(I had 3 years inside sales experience please read the resumes before an interview)claims you don't have ability to be trained in less than 6 months time in order to suite their needs. be warned!

Interview
Phone screening followed by an in person interview. Person interviewing me was chewing tobacco and spitting it into a bottle for the duration of the in person interview. Atmosphere was extremely unprofessional and typical generic interview questions were asked. My interview was also stopped twice so the person could take phone calls from other candidates who were late.
I walked away totally uninterested, received an offer the next day but turned it down.
