First, you talk with a couple asset management team members in phone screens. Second round is about 8 separate interviews with different members of the asset management team to see if your a fit. Relatively casual interviews and everyone seemed nice. Excel test was easy. If you know how to use pivot tables you'll be fine. Only negative is I didn't receive a reply after 7+ hours of various interviews. It would have been beneficial to receive a notification of denial.
