I applied online. I interviewed at Sunrun (Santa Rosa, CA) in Dec 2020
Interview
I had a short initial interview recently for the Outside Sales position, which went very smoothely and was very professional. I am excited and looking forward to further interviews with Vivint Solar.
The Interviewer was very cold with his questions and never tried to build rapport or anything. He asks a question and he is not even listening to what you are saying and he is just waiting for you to finish talking so he can move on to the next question.

I applied online. I interviewed at Sunrun (Chicago, IL) in Aug 2018
Interview
There was a phone interview first that went very well. Mostly talking about my prior experience and what the role would entail. There was a second phone interview with a different person that was tougher, but I also felt like it went very well. The third interview was in person and it was intense! It was all about getting results. While I thought I did well and thought I would get hired after the in person interview, I was not really sure since the final interview was so tough. Had to do a background check and a drug test. After those came back they called and offered me the job.
