Phone call to work in a costco to get appointments with consultants. Nice phone call but they received my information and basically called me for something that I am surprised they thought I would be interested in. Was more of a pitch to see if I was interested as opposed to an interview.

It was easy. Talk to recruiter than call with hiring manager. They gave me an offer the same day. They hire a lot of people and are always hiring and onboarding.
Powerpoint based, friendly conversation and a tend to focus on money and the relationship between employee and customer. Minimum wage + commission. Better than some solar companies. Laid back and conversational
Online interview with an HR rep. He was polite and friendly. After the interview he told me the job was mine and moved to the manager to internal approval. Everything was done online.
