It Video conference via Google for 30 minutes.
Conversational in nature with targeted questions. From gaining more information about the job, you would be required to solicit shoppers at a Home Depot facility to generate leads. Base pay is relatively low, there is commission for getting an appointment, but you would really only see better commission rates if someone else closes the deal.
