The team was disorganized and did not have a clear idea of who they would like to hire. The interviews were siloed, set up with one person at a time creating a confusing experience when they had very different perspectives and opinions on where the company was going and what type of person should fill the role. Due to the disorganization on their part I wasted 10+ hours of my time (4 separate interviews and one case study project) for them to tell me they actually need to hire for a much more senior role.
