I came to the office and we sat at a table near the front. He basically asked me what qualified me for the position. He asked the basic questions about my schedule. Later he went on to see if I was ambitious and inspired by solar energy. The interview process was brief and pleasant. My interviewer, Paul lenderman, is very funny and nice.
