Very professional. However, they did take time to schedule the initial screen and telephone interview with the hiring manager. The hiring manager was very clear in describing the role, transparent about the challenges of the role . I had a good first impression. The phone screen with the hiring manager did not involve any technical questions. It was more about questions on how I handled situations - specific example of conflict with stakeholder, example of a complex analysis I had done, what values drive me, questions to gauge my openness to learn in a new industry etc.
