Was a phone interview. She seemed super busy with things around her when we finally talked. Email process took almost 2 weeks just to get the phone interview scheduled and completed. I don't feel like she even cared what I had to say. I would have loved to talk more about why I am so interested in solar but she seemed like she wanted to finish up the moment I said hello.
