Branch Manager called to schedule phone interview. A few days later was asked to do in person interview, and then a second panel interview. Was almost a month until start date. HR and set up took awhile from offer to first day, because everyone gets individual equipment (computer and phone). There was also a drug test and background check after offer.

Easy, go in with a good attitude, be yourself. They can teach you the skills you'll need to be a successful employee but they cannot teach you how to have a good attitude. Don't be shy to let them know of your achievements or aspirations.
