At first, the job posting stated "Fast Interview", but I didn't hear anything for 2 1/2 weeks. Then they claimed to have already reached out to me, which was not true. We set up a call for today on Google Meet, which requires a camera to be on. I sat there for 5 minutes waiting to be let into the online room, and then the screen said that the person left at 1:35pm. I sent an email stating that, and that I would try again. Again, at 1:42pm it said that he dropped off at 1:42pm. I sent another message stating that I was done. So they lied when they said that they had reached out to me, then they put you in a hold to see if they like what you look like. I guess I can say that I am glad that I am no longer "cute". Not a company I would feel comfortable working at.

Job posting states that they will be doing fast interviews. It took them almost 3 weeks to contact me and then they claimed they didn't know whether they contacted me or not. So we settled on a call today. It was to be on Google Meet. I got on at the agreed upon time, which was 1:30pm, with the required camera on. At 1:35 the system stated that the interviewer had dropped off. I immediately sent him an email and stated that is what happened and that I would try again. At 1:42 the system stated again that the interviewer had dropped off the call. It appears that if they don't like how you look, then they won't even be professional and continue with the call. Very rude and unprofessional behavior.

The interview process at Sunrun was smooth and professional. The recruiter was friendly, the questions were clear, and the conversation focused on sales experience, motivation, and communication skills. Overall, a positive experience.
