Wish I read reviews prior to interviewing. Went through to the final round (and not a word from recruiting after) and the reviews make so much sense now that I'm on the other side. Process was very disorganized. Employees* talked badly about others and the company during the interviews, poor communication and scheduling.... Red flags galore. *there were a couple employees who seemed great, but they were very new to the co, and tenure is not Sunrun's forte so who knows if they'll stay. The existing culture appeared to be as challenging as ever. I hate to speak so poorly about anyone, but this should be a case study for how NOT to treat candidates. Sunrun, do better! I have faith.
