I interviewed at a Hiring Event in my area. They were kind enough to also tour me around the location I would be working at to ensure it’d be the right fit. Only pain point was the onboarding process! I expected it to take 3 days but it eventually took me 3 weeks to finally start training after extensive paperwork and back and forth.

They asked why I believed I would be a good fit for the company and how many years of sales experience I had. Standard questions, super easy interview process.
It was easy. Talk to recruiter than call with hiring manager. They gave me an offer the same day. They hire a lot of people and are always hiring and onboarding.
Powerpoint based, friendly conversation and a tend to focus on money and the relationship between employee and customer. Minimum wage + commission. Better than some solar companies. Laid back and conversational
Online interview with an HR rep. He was polite and friendly. After the interview he told me the job was mine and moved to the manager to internal approval. Everything was done online.
