Interview
The process took about 3 weeks. 3 phone call interviews, each lasting between 15-30 minutes each. You will speak to the recruiter, and two managers. Next step requires a remote excel test to be completed. Test is two hours, timed. There are 4 questions/problems. All require intermediate data analysis on excel.

It was pretty casual. I showed up at their San Diego office and waited for a few minutes while talking to an employee, then met with the office manager. He was nice and laid back. We simply chatted in his office for about 15 minutes, and he glanced over my resume and asked me what sales experience I had

Interview
Getting an Onsite Interview is pretty easy. The screens before that is just to make sure you're not crazy. Once you're there they are pretty standard questions. I would definitely know the technologies they use and what sunrun does and possibly how it differs from other solar companies.
It was annoying that they would not tell me if I got an offer or not and kept on postponing telling me until I pressured them in to giving me some sort of update.
