Interview
I had three technical interviews, with live coding exercises. I got to the last step of the process and was told that they wanted me in the team, but they never sent a formal offer. They finally told me like 2 week after that, that the offer was rejected, they gave no reasons. Worst experience I ever had, HUGE red flag.

First interview was a coding excercise to create an algorithm to display panels on a roof.
Second interview was a similar king of leet code. Questions about Big O notation, etc.
Third interview was a TDD kind of exercise
