Interview
Pretty fast meeting with branch manager involving standard questions. Nothing out of the ordinary. If you make it to the interview, you are likely going to be offered the position. The offer letter does take some time for them to get to you.

Give an example of a time you had to sell something that someone didn't ask for.
Straight forward, in person meeting with mgmnt and then profile testing for various aspects of knowledge related to field of work. Quick process and allowed the chance to meet key contacts within the organization. No surprises. The interview process allows the applicant to gain a solid grasp of what SunSource offers with respect to business development and key expectations required within the position.
