Had to do four rounds of interviews. First 3 rounds involved interviewing with members of the team. In the final round, I was interviewed by the SVP along with members of the engineering team. Excel presentation was required to test Microsoft office knowledge and presentation skills.

Interviews were done efficiently yet the waiting time in between each process is long up to months. There was no difficult questions asked, no complicated business presentation requested, all sincere communication to know more about each other.

It was a phone interview with Hiring Manager. Lots of questions about past experience. It was planned as 30 mins but well exceeded 40 mins. I was expecting next steps but didn't hear for a while.

Lengthy 30 days process. Hiring Manager -> Senior Manager -> Vice President. HR's decision is absolute in terms of H1B or sponserde jobs. Interview here at you own discretion if you are on any kind of visa.
