Recruiter (Polina Morozov) initially had to re-schedule last minute due to illness.
Next, we went through a standard 30 minute simple phone screen . Felt like the conversation was pretty rushed as if the Recruiter (Polina Morozov) was not in a mental state to work.
Two days later, I received a rejection email with your typical script regarding "not moving forward". The next day, the she sent an email stating that the rejection was sent by mistake and asked to meet once more. I proceeded to re-schedule another 30 minute call as she has requested. I show up to the scheduled call, and sat there for 10 minutes with a no-show.
Super unprofessional for a company of this size. Unsure if its just this individual or how their recruiting department is. They are not being mindful of applicant's time. Please remember that our time as applicants are just as valuable as your time when on the job.
Maybe this was just a one-off experience, but this was the first time I have experienced unprofessionalism like this. First a reschedule, then another, and lastly a no-show...
