I had a very positive experience overall with the interview process. The team was professional, thoughtful, and consistently respectful throughout every interaction. From the first recruiter conversation onward, expectations were clearly explained, including the interview stages, timelines, and what each conversation would focus on.
The process itself was thorough and fairly extensive. In total, it included multiple rounds (at least 6) over several months, covering conversations with the hiring manager, cross-functional partners, behavioral interviews, analytics and product sense discussions, and a presentation panel where I presented my approach to a product prompt exercise followed by Q&A and discussion. The interviewers were engaged, well-prepared, and clearly invested in evaluating candidates carefully rather than rushing decisions.
One thing candidates should know is that the process took a long time. From initial application to the completion of all interviews, the timeline was close to six months. While communication during active stages was generally good, the overall duration required patience and flexibility.
That said, the quality of the conversations made the process feel substantive rather than procedural. The interviews reflected a strong product culture with emphasis on collaboration, systems thinking, communication, and thoughtful decision-making. I left with a positive impression of both the people and the company.
