I met with a recruiter who was very enthusiastic and set up a second interview immediately. This was canceled due to the executive's schedule about an hour before it was set to begin. I was then ghosted and never heard back about any next steps. It seemed unprofessional to not close the loop, when their value prop is literally better communication.
