The recruiter was super kind and friendly. Honestly she is probably the best recruiter I've had the pleasure of speaking with. Especially memorable since I've had such negative experiences with recruiters from other companies... The only thing is that she called me the next day out of nowhere to tell me that they're no longer moving forward with my application since I'm a bit overqualified? I felt like that was something that could've been decided during the resume screening phase, so initially I wasn't sure why we proceeded with the interview, but now I'm simply grateful that they still wanted to chat with me. Even though it didn't work out in my favor this time, I will definitely re-apply in the future when more relevant roles open up. I'm thankful that I can look back on this experience with fondness.
