Hiring process is pretty straightforward, issue is with the feedback. After the final round I got a call from the recruiter asking me to wait for a couple of days for the decision, hiring manager was debating between me and another candidate. And then radio silence. It’s always interesting to see how companies respect the candidates that did not make it, apparently this one doesn’t.
