      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Superhuman in Feb 2023

      Interview

Call with the HR was quick, but then the first available date for a technical call was 2 weeks ahead. Quite long time. I have noticed HackerRank link in the invite so I expected some coding challenges, but the actual interview was quite disappointing. Very little technical questions and some really newbie like what is the difference between incident and event. I was expecting much better questions/challenges. The same day I received an update: "Our evaluation process is highly diligent as we are seeking a wide array of characteristics in every hire. While we were impressed with your background, we have decided not to move forward with your candidacy at this time". I've got an impression that they already hired someone or they don't want to hire at this time, waste of time for me.
