From the beginning, the business recruiter I worked with was super helpful in setting concrete expectations and next steps at every stage of the process. In total, it was an initial screening, a meeting with the hiring manager, a mock disco, and a meeting with the GM. You can tell in every single stage the intention of each step and how it would relay to your day-to-day in the role, which is incredible.
