Interview
The interview process is quite extensive, comprising almost five rounds. Nevertheless, it seems that the company is seeking individuals who are ready to make a long-term commitment. The process provides a comprehensive understanding of the role, company, and culture, thereby enabling candidates to make informed decisions. I can't say that outside of making it faster I would have changed much.
