The recruitment process was long but very well organized. I was in touch with my recruiter throughout the whole process and was kept well-informed. Every person I met was super kind, helpful, and interested in my skills and thoughts.

Interview
The hiring process (Poland) shows few red flags with the position and hiring process:
1. The position description in LinkedIn is missing some very important information like
type of a contract - B2B only,
and working hours.
When I applied, the only option available was standard morning working hours but at the beginning of the screening call I was informed that working hours are like that:
"General Support:
Tue - Sat; 4 PM - 1 AM (50% fee increase)
Mon - Fri; 4 PM - 1 AM (50% fee increase)
Business Support:
Tue - Sat, 8 pm - 5 am (100% bonus)".
I believe this kind of information must be shared in the job description and not after the 90 min test passed and on the 1st call. It shows disrespect to people who consider the position.
2. The interview process consist of 5 stages:
90 min test;
HR call;
Call with colleagues;
Call with manager;
Sharing of 2 contacts for reference talks.
Taking into account the fact that Grammarly is not a small startup by now and it is B2B home office job (only 2 weeks per year on site), the amount of interview steps are strange.
It is possible that the manager is not very good with getting on with people and only selected types of personalities are welcomed.

Interview
The whole recruitment process is well-structured but indeed time-consuming. One should be ready to dedicate a couple of good weeks to go through all the steps. The HR representatives' work and guidance are just priceless. They make sure to provide a candidate with all the essential information in advance, so there is enough time for preparation. The key to success is to be sincere, professional, and humble :)
