I was contacted my a recruiter from a career fair at an academic conference. I had 2 phone screens, followed by an 4-5 onsite virtual rounds covering ML coding, technical depth, behavioral and research presentation. Overall, I had an excellent candidate experience interviewing with Grammarly. The interviewers were friendly, responsive and knowledgeable and the rounds seemed very relevant to the kind of profile I was interviewing for. A highlight of my experience was working with my recruiter, Callum Cobb, who was the most helpful, responsive and considerate recruiter I have ever worked with. Callum went above and beyond and scheduled multiple extra conversations with Grammarly employees to help me learn about the culture and team and make my decision.
