It was a five-stage interview, during which I met both people who cooperate and those who supervise the AP Manager. Olenka Ohorodnichuk guided me through the whole process and explained each step very clearly. Even though it was a long process involving many different people, it was very well organized. After each step, I was updated about the result within a maximum of 48 hours. The atmosphere during the entire process was incredibly welcoming, fostering positive interactions and collaboration.
