      Application

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Superhuman (Berlin) in Jul 2025

      Interview

The process was structured and professional. It started with a recruiter call to discuss my background and the role, followed by a call with the hiring manager to dive deeper into my experience and motivations. After that, I spoke with three team members to assess skills and team fit. I was then invited to work on and present a case study, which was a practical exercise relevant to the role. There were check-ins with the recruiter and hiring manager towards the end to address any remaining questions. Finally, they conducted reference calls before extending the offer.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

One question that stood out was ‘Why Grammarly?’ : they wanted to understand my genuine motivation for joining. They also asked about my current role, my day-to-day responsibilities, and scenario-based questions directly related to the challenges of this role.
