It started with a recruiter call to discuss my background and the role, followed by a call with the hiring manager to dive deeper into my experience and motivations. After that, I spoke with three team members to assess skills and team fit. I was then invited to work on and present a case study, which was a practical exercise relevant to the role. There were check-ins with the recruiter and hiring manager towards the end to address any remaining questions. Finally, they conducted reference calls before extending the offer.
