The interview process was one of the more thoughtful and well-designed processes I have experienced. It was structured, but still felt human and conversational.
What stood out to me was the focus on understanding real experience: how I think, how I make decisions, how I collaborate with teams, and how I approach quality in product-critical situations.
The conversations went beyond checking technical knowledge. They created space to discuss ownership, product impact, risk assessment, communication, and lessons learned from previous projects. This made the process feel meaningful and closely connected to the actual role.

Question 1
The questions were practical, relevant, and based on real work situations. I was asked to explain projects I had worked on, the problems I solved, the decisions I made, and the impact of my work.
I appreciated that the questions encouraged clear thinking rather than memorized answers. They covered quality strategy, automation, product risks, release confidence, collaboration with engineering and product teams, and how to measure impact.
My advice to candidates is to prepare several strong examples from your own experience. Be ready to explain the context, your personal contribution, the trade-offs you considered, the result, and what changed for the product, users, or team. Tools are important, but the strongest answers show judgment, ownership, and the ability to connect engineering work with product value.
