They will have a small group of some team managers come interview you in a room after meeting you in the waiting area. They will then each individually take turns questioning you on skills that they find important. The skills are relating to the job, which is talking on the phone, verifying information, and entering data into computer programs all day. What they are looking for is someone who can learn quick, be available to work Monday through Friday except when they are sleeping or eating dinner, and multitask. They want someone who can talk on the phone helping customers all day, while at the same time completing tons of work that is assigned to them daily, but use the same computer programs to do both.
