Very nice interview. I was part of a group of hires in preparation for a large new service being delegated from a state agency to the private sector and the needs the company had were very clearly communicated. interview was set up as a temp to hire, but the interviewer felt the conversation went well enough to say they would talk to human resources about changing the potential offer to a regular full time employee position.
