Interview
I found an ad on craigslist and then applied. I had to take a quick quiz that was really easy. A few days later they emailed me asking me to take a test for the PTE position. I wasn't really interested in that so I just went through a few questions without even trying. The next day they emailed me to setup an interview for the RST position.
The first interview time I missed the call by 3 minutes. They call exactly at the moment the interview starts. The 2nd time my cellphone never rang and they never left a message. I guess my service wasn't good. I emailed them explaining what happen and they said they could try a 3rd interview time but this would be the last. They agreed to call twice if it didn't go to voicemail the first time. I was able to answer the call this time.
The interview took 20 minutes. Several questions about why I thought I was a good fit. A little about my past employment history. Then a few simply role playing items such as how I would explain to a woman what a router box is. really easy stuff!
They said they were only hiring for Full time hours....either 5 - 8 hour shifts or 4 - 10 hour shifts. NO part time hours available. They said training would last about 3-4 weeks and would be Mon-Fri. They couldn't tell me any possible hours only that we need to be availabe 24/7.
I was told I would be contacted within one week with a job offer and training times.
Simple video interview that asked if you had troubleshooting experience and how technically savvy you are. Figure the interview also helped them judge our temperament as you will need a calm one for this role.

Pretty streamlined, applied, did the webcam interview. Computer was actually not up to specs, so had to upgrade. After upgrading and forwarding my new specifications to the company, I was eventually contacted via phone.
