Interview
The interview consisted of getting on a zoom call at home. The questions were fairly generic and as long as you answer with responses that you like helping people you are pretty much good to go. They will ask some general questions about technology, and I am the kind of person that helps my parents with their smart TV connecting to the internet and stuff like that. The interview is not too long, and it is with one person. After the interview, you can literally get a job offer on the spot. The main thing they look for is someone who values customers, willing to help, and has wide availability. I worked there for a while and even helped with the hiring after getting promoted. Everything is trainable and there is a helpdesk should you ever not know what to do. Focus on being friendly and customer focused if you are looking to get hired since that is what is being sought out for a good representative. Also, make sure to take care of any internet problems before getting hired since it is remote — during training they will drop anyone who cannot make it daily. Honestly, if you need a job, this is a pretty easy interview and opportunity.
Simple video interview that asked if you had troubleshooting experience and how technically savvy you are. Figure the interview also helped them judge our temperament as you will need a calm one for this role.
Short and by video. Simple questions. Very fair and kind interviewer. This company puts customer service before technology so make sure you’re quite nice. Second round interview is done via zoom interview they will check your computerAnd your Internet speed

Pretty streamlined, applied, did the webcam interview. Computer was actually not up to specs, so had to upgrade. After upgrading and forwarding my new specifications to the company, I was eventually contacted via phone.
