I applied for the job online and within a couple of days, received an email to committo take an online assessment. I committed, and took the lengthy test. Wtihin a couple of days, I was invited to come in to "validate the test," which basically meant retaking portions of the test as they found that "some people cheat by having their families and friends help." I went in, re-took several parts of the assessment, and was told my score was too low and unfortunately, I would not be advancing in the interview process.
