Initially I received an email from their recruiter and was asked to fill out an application to move forward in the process. Once that was done I was then asked to take the Test First Hiring IQ test. The test itself has about 7 sections covering word problems, identifying patterns and hodge podge of other test timed and untimed. As well all know these test prove little when it comes to making smart hiring decisions. I assume I passed the test as I was informed via email (never any voice communication with the hiring department) that I was moving to the next step and I would hear from someone within 10 days. After about 6 days I noticed that the job posting had been removed and then re-posted with a more recent date. I followed up with an email only to get a cut and pasted email with different fonts saying that I was being passed over.
