I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at SurveyMonkey
Interview
I attended the Grace Hopper Conference and got the interview a couple of weeks later. The process included one phone interview, and 3 technical interviews. With the first one being mainly behavioral and the other technical.
Phone interview then video interview with 2 employees. It was straightforward, and the people were nice. I got a call saying I didn't get the position, which was nice that they let me know.
I did a phone screen for round 1 for twenty minutes. Then did a zoom interview for thirty mins for the second round. Everyone was super nice. Would apply more to future positions!
The process went smoothly. Recruiter, hiring manager and the team were super nice. The interviews were conversational and casual, mostly about my background and interest, and some behavioral questions. Although I didn't get offer, the firm did have an impression on me. I will definitely try again for full-time
