Phone screen with recruiter, phone interview with customer experience director. 2 hour on site interview with 4 different managers including a video call. Invested a half day annual leave and 1.5 hours for phone interviews and never got any feedback or even a rejection email. Enquired about feedback but got radio silence. Incredibly frustrating and unprofessional at this level.
