I have applied online in the last week of December, HR contacted me in the first week of January and scheduled a 45 minutes interview with the recruiter. During my phone call with the recruiter, he explained the role and the interview process in Survey Monkey. My 2nd phone interview was with the hiring manager. I was provided more context to the job requirements and focused the discussion on my leadership experience. After a few days, the recruiter informed me that I was selected for the next round of on-site interviews and if it goes well, I would be required to come again to meet the senior leadership. The first on-site visit was scheduled for the following week. During the on-site, I met six interviewers in 4.5 hours and most of them from the leadership. The discussions were enjoyable, everyone was friendly, polite and I learned a lot about the company culture and products. The recruiter contacted me a couple of days after the on-site interview as promised and set up a second on-site visit. This time I met three more individuals from the senior leadership team. The recruiter kept in touch until they made me an offer after two weeks. Overall, the interview process was well architectured, showed great care in treating the candidate fairly. I would highly recommend giving Survey Monkey a try.
